This website is hosted by the Plumas County Flood Control & Water Conservation District to support water and watershed planning and programs in the Feather River region.
The Plumas County Flood Control District is governed by the Plumas County Board of Supervisors.
The Plumas County Flood Control District is a partner with the California Department of Water Resources and the State Water Project Contractors in an entity called the Plumas Watershed Forum. Information about the Forum and its projects is included on this website.
The Plumas County Flood Control District is also a sponsor of the Upper Feather River Integrated Regional Water Management Program, the local component of a statewide program to enhance and make better use of California's scarce water resources.
